Let us take you step by step through the Deck Deck Goose process.
Step 1: The Consultation
We are always happy to offer you a free quote. Every job is different so we need to know what the unique aspects of your job are. A large open deck without railings is a much faster project than a multi level deck with built in benches & railings that has significantly less square footage to it.
Step 2: The Written Quote
Generally, we will have a written quotation to you in 2-3 business days. This quotation will outline: the overall cost, outline what steps are being taken, products being used, availability and projected length of project.
Step 3: The Follow Up
We understand that a written quotation is words & numbers on a piece of paper. It can clarify a situation or lead to more questions. No worries: if needed, we are always available to do a follow up to more thoroughly outline what work would be performed and provide colour assistance.
Step 4: The Commitment
We hope that at this step in the process, we have been able to answer all of your questions and deliver a clear statement as to what we can deliver to you. If you decide to retain our services, we will receive a deposit from you & schedule our start date. As this is exterior work, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature and start/ completion dates are not set in stone. We will do our best to meet deadlines.
Step 5: The Renovation
This is when you get to watch the transformation begin. We will work our hardest to deliver a project that delivers the highest quality of labour, materials and satisfaction to our customers.
Step 6: Completion
Just prior to the actual completion of the project, we will look over the project with you to look for any concerns you may have so that we can address them. This gives us a very clear view as to what needs to be done to meet your exact needs. We will address this immediately where possible. Upon completion of the deficiency list, we have formally completed the project and you are free to enjoy your revitalized exterior space.
